Real Estate
Custom Wordpress Website Development
8 Weeks
WordPress & Elementor
Before starting the project, MTS Group faced several operational and marketing challenges that limited their ability to generate and manage property enquiries effectively.
Managing property listings manually would have been time-consuming and inefficient, especially with listings constantly changing across multiple real estate platforms. The business also needed a website that could improve online visibility while providing a seamless property search experience for buyers and investors.
We designed and developed a fully customised real estate website using WordPress and Elementor, tailored to MTS Group’s property marketing and lead generation requirements.
The platform automatically synchronises property listings from Bayut and Behomes, ensuring the website always displays the latest available properties without the need for manual updates.
Visitors can quickly discover properties using advanced search and filtering options based on location, property type, price range and other key criteria, creating a faster and more intuitive browsing experience.
To complete the customer journey, every property enquiry submitted through the website is automatically forwarded to the company’s CRM, allowing property agents to efficiently manage leads, respond faster and streamline the entire sales process.
We began by understanding how MTS Group manages property listings, receives enquiries and assigns leads to its property agents.
The main requirement was to avoid maintaining the same property information across multiple platforms. Instead of manually recreating every listing on the WordPress website, the platform needed to fetch available properties from Bayut and Behomes and display them in a consistent format.
We mapped the complete website journey from property discovery to enquiry submission and CRM follow-up before starting development.
The website was developed using custom WordPress functionality with Elementor for flexible page design and content management.
Elementor allowed the MTS Group team to manage standard website sections without developer support, while the property listing functionality was handled through custom development tailored to the project requirements.
This approach provided the visual flexibility of a page builder without limiting the more advanced property integration features.
We implemented a system to fetch property data from Bayut and Behomes and display the listings directly on the MTS Group website.
The fetched property information is organised into a consistent website structure, allowing visitors to browse available properties without leaving the company’s own platform.
This reduces the need for duplicate listing management and helps keep the website aligned with the properties being promoted through external real estate platforms.
A searchable and filterable property listing experience was created to help visitors narrow down available options more efficiently.
Users can explore properties based on relevant criteria such as:
The filtering system makes it easier for buyers and investors to move from a broad property catalogue to listings that match their requirements.
Individual property listings were structured as website pages that search engines can discover and index.
This gives MTS Group an opportunity to attract users searching for specific properties, locations and real estate options through Google rather than relying only on visitors coming from third-party listing platforms.
The website structure also supports internal linking between property listings, service pages and relevant location-based content.
Each property listing includes an enquiry option that allows interested visitors to contact MTS Group directly through the WordPress website.
The enquiry process was designed to retain the context of the selected property, helping the sales team understand which listing the customer is interested in without requiring the visitor to explain it again manually.
Property enquiries submitted through the website are automatically sent to the company’s CRM.
The CRM integration gives property agents access to the enquiry details required for lead management and follow-up.
This connects the public-facing website with the internal sales process and reduces the risk of website enquiries being missed or manually transferred between systems.
The website was optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile devices so users could browse and filter listings from any screen size.
